Welcome to Bay Vista Estates

Bay Vista Estates is nestled along Big Sand Lake, in the Dr. Phillips area of Southwest Orange County. Our Community was established in 1983, consisting of approximately 154 acres with 232 lots. Bay Vista Estates is fortunate to be one of only three neighborhoods with community access to Big Sand Lake. In addition to the boat dock and ramp, our HOA boasts 2 lighted tennis courts, basketball court, picnic area, and well landscaped tree lined streets.
